(1ST MONTH) - $200 includes:
Initial consultation
Starter Meal Plans
2 phone sessions a month

(MONTH 2-3) Additional $100 includes:
Additional meal plan adjustments
2 phone sessions a month

PLAN: A LA CARTE

$150 for initial consultation and starter meal plans
$60 additional phone sessions and meal plan adjustments

BACKGROUND:

Lauren attended the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, majoring in nutrition. She has received personal training certifications from NASM and NESTA as well as her LPSN from the National Association of Sports Nutrition. Lauren has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years and recently joined our team as a valuable resource.
