Shipping Policy:

Supplements can be shipped to every state in the United States, Canada, and overseas to APO/FPO military addresses. 

All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail serving. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of your order being processed Monday-Friday. Please note that these delivery times are given to us by shipping companies, once in a blue moon shipping companies are delayed.

• We ship Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST, excluding holidays.
• Free shipping with orders over $100 USD. (USA only)
• Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 
• UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. 
• Shipping rates will be based upon address, and weight of the package.
• International shipping will be either USPS or UPS with calculated rates. 

Total Nutrition is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, or packages sent to the wrong address. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with shipping providers.

Total Nutrition is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of shipping providers. 

 

RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

From the date of the purchase at Total Nutrition Houston, you have 30 days to return and get a full refund. If the product has been opened/used after purchase, it must be approximately 80% for Total Nutrition Houston to accept the refund.
